The US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has given approval to Actavis Group’s Valacyclovir Hydrochloride Tablets.

Valacyclovir Hydrochloride Tablets 500mg and 1 gram are the generic equivalent of Valtrex by GlaxoSmithKline.

Actavis is a pharmaceutical company specializing in the development, manufacture and sale of generic pharmaceuticals.
