The dug has been approved as OTC by the Mexican regularity authority and is distributed under an exclusive agreement with Merck S.A. de C.V. in Mexico.
The preclinical and clinical study results showed that Sucanon and other insulin sensitizers helps in lowering patient’s blood sugar level while increasing the muscle, fat and liver’s sensitivity to the body’s own naturally produced insulin.
Fero Industries director Luis Lopez said the commercial launch and sales of Sucanon in Mexico by the exclusive distributor Merck S.A. de C.V. represents a significant advancement for the company.
