GenScript said that antibody drug is among the powerful forms of medication. There are research and development activities to develop antibody drugs for numerous serious diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, various cancers, etc.
GenScript claimed that its antibody drug development center provides comprehensive services targeting every step of the antibody drug development process, which include hybridoma development and hybridoma stabilisation.
Additionally, hybridoma development and hybridoma stabilisation gives monoclonal antibodies and hybridomas the client need, antibody sequencing for information of the antibodies, chimeric antibody generation, antibody humanisation to reduce immunogenicity of antibodies to human.
It will also provide affinity maturation that renders antibody with desired affinity for its function, epitope mapping, antibody/protein characterisation to measure the affinity and thermostability of antibody and antigen, as well as antibody transient expression, antibody stable cell line and antibody production services to generate sufficient amount of antibodies.
