news.Halocarbon Products Corporation, a producer of specialty fluorochemicals, has promoted Ronald Epstein to the position of sales director, reported Hao-Odnla.

Mr Epstein, in his new role, will handle global sales and marketing of the company’s three product lines – fluorochemicals, inhalation anesthetics and oils/greases/waxes, including expansion of the company’s customer base in China, Japan and India.
He has been associated with Halocarbon for 10 years, holding positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing. Prior to that, he worked in the plastics and chemicals industries for around thirty years.
Peter Murin, CEO of Halocarbon, said: “Promoting Ron to Sales Director was a natural progression for our organization and an exciting statement about where our company is going. Ron will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the corporate marketing strategy, with a focus on continued growth in key global marketplaces.”

New Jersey-based Halocarbon’s products include inert lubricants, aliphatic fluorochemicals for pharmaceutical and agricultural chemical manufacturing, inhalation anesthetics and other specialty products.
