Under an agreement signed between the companies, Cosmocel Quimica’s Monterrey, Mexico-based manufacturing facility will be purchased by ICL, including its sales and distribution network in Mexico, Central and North America.
Following the acquisition, the acquired company will operate as ICL Fosfatos y Aditivos Mexico, SA de CV.
ICL president and CEO Charles Weidhas said through this acquisition, ICL Performance Products is expanding their reach in the food, beverage and specialty chemical markets.
