iMedicor has entered into a strategic alliance with Direct Medical Solutions (DMS). Under the agreement, iMedicor is expected to utilise the DMS national sales representatives to market enrollment and revenue generating services to physicians, hospitals, regional and state Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), and other organisations in the healthcare field.

As per the agreement, DMS will initially focus on enrolling oncologists, oncology related fields, neurologists and neurology related fields as the company begins to launch several contractual initiatives.
Reportedly, DMS will also direct its efforts in promoting the Health Information Exchange/Electronic Medical Records system, recently introduced by iMedicor. The HIE/EMR service was designed to address the Healthcare Initiative regulations that will begin to take effect later this year.
