Kira to introduce Kira PMS Relief, Kira Menopause Relief

Herbalist expert Serene Foster said there are several natural remedies that can help to offer relief from PMS.

"Taking an Agnus Castus supplement is good, as this is believed to balance hormones and have a progesterogenic effect in the body, helping to ease PMS symptoms," Foster said.
