Prior to joining Kite Pharma, Lee has worked as the vice president of Clinical Development at Syndax Pharmaceuticals.
Kite Pharma president and CEO Aya Jakobovits said that he is delighted to welcome Lee to Kite Pharma.
“Her extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and prior accomplishments in oncology drug development will make her instrumental to the company’s success as we continue to develop our products and expand our pipeline,” Jakobovits said.
Kite Pharma chairman and founder Arie Belldegrun said that her scientific and clinical expertise, coupled with her talent in bringing oncology products to market, will further enhance Kite’s ability to advance the clinical development of our immune-based cancer therapies.
