Lasya releases new cosmetic cream

Lasya, a US-based provider of cosmetic skincare and dermatology-related therapeutics, has launched its first product, Lanterna, a cosmetic cream containing 3% deoxyArbutin (dA).

dA, formulated by the company, is said to be effective in reducing the appearance of age spots, freckles, and other skin imperfections besides enhancing the appearance of overall skin tone

Clinically, dA was proven to be thirty times more potent than Arbutin, a common cosmetic ingredient used to improve the appearance of skin tone.

Lasya CEO Mitchell de Long said dA has the potential to displace many competitive products owing to its safety and efficacy profile in helping achieve enhanced skin.
