LHC Enters Into Definitive Agreement With Feliciana

LHC Group (LHC) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Feliciana Home Health (Feliciana). Net revenue for Feliciana during the most recent 12 months was approximately $12m. This acquisition, which is anticipated to close on November 1, 2009, is not expected to add materially to LHC Group’s earnings in 2009.
