The deal comprises development of generic pharmaceutical products by Micro Labs, moneyweb.co.za reported.
moneyweb.co.za quoted Litha Healthcare Group CEO Selwyn Kahanovitz saying that the agreement would help them expand their pharma product portfolio besides providing the South African public access to medicines for infectious and chronic diseases.
"Litha Pharma will now be able to target a wider range of therapeutic areas, specifically where there is scope for growth and a need for NDDSs (Novel Drug Delivery Systems)," Kahanovitz added.
