Medifirst Solutions completes acquisition for remote technical support company

Medifirst Solutions has acquired Consumer Resources Consultants, a Florida based company that provides online remote technical support to PC users.

The acquisition is part of Medifirst Solutions plan to increase its internal technology infrastructure and add technical and digital services and expertise to its internal business operations.

Medifirst Solutions CEO Bruce J Schoengood noted focusing on the ever increasing need for solid IT infrastructure in the medical industry, the company has identified Consumer Resources as an integral fit in meeting this demand.

"By adding the skill set already demonstrated by Consumer Resources, Medifirst continues to expand its operations and team, filling key elements with an eye on the future. As the company previously announced with their agreement with NanoTech Entertainment, technology is an important focus for Medifirst as, in one application, it develops a streaming television channel that will be available on a variety of platforms including Roku, Nuvola, iPhone, PCs and mobile devices.

"Having a new profitable company within the multimillion dollar IT industry, and adding value to our balance sheet in addition to their technical expertise, is a great bonus that helps strengthen our company," Schoengood added.

Consumer Resources, though an early stage company, has already demonstrated the ability to land six figure contracts based on the skill set of the team.

States with legalized marijuana is a business sector in which Medifirst plans for further diversification and growth. As recently announced in Florida, a constitutional amendment was approved that would legalize marijuana for medical use, guaranteeing the measure a spot on the state’s November ballot.

Considering Medifirst’s strong company presence in Florida, it will begin to pinpoint an entry strategy for this young multibillion dollar industry. Medifirst anticipates to be able to develop that strategy to expand to all states where marijuana is legal.
