Australia-based Metro Spinal Clinic has adopted IBM's analytics software for tracking and recording data there by leading to better management of patients' pain.

IBM SPSS Data Collection Web Interviews which forms as part of a data collection system has been deployed by the clinic, techworld.com.au reported.

This data collection system is called Clinical Intelligence.
