Navitus Signs Contract With Three Arizona Government Trusts

Navitus Health Solutions (Navitus) has signed contracts to provide pharmacy benefits to three government trusts in Arizona. The contracts are with the Arizona Local Government Employee Benefit Trust (AZLGEBT), Rural Arizona Group Health Trust (RAGHT) and the Cochise Combined Trust.

Reportedly, the trusts include 16 groups (seven municipalities, seven counties and two school systems). All of the contracts went into effect on July 1.

In addition to core PBM programs, Navitus will provide specialty pharmacy services for all of the trusts, which will help manage high cost/injectable drugs. Navitus’ specialty pharmacy program is designed to provide the highest level of member service possible and to reduce costs.
