The new tablet counter, which features a main frame with fixed side panels that accommodate two or three counting modules having six 22 mm wide channels, is combined with a new technology to simplify operating procedures.
NJM Packaging vice president Dan Lapierre said the Cremer CF-622 FS Tablet Counter has proven 100 % accuracy with guaranteed outputs up to 150 bpm, based on 100-count bottles.
"The actual speed depends on the bottle neck and product flow as well as the overall shape and size of the product," Lapierre added.
