Based on the health concerns for Baby Boomers and aging adults,Vitamins A&D is used for promoting strong bones and healthy eyes.
In general, Vitamin A is used for increasing vision, growth, reproduction, immune system and for developing primary body tissue, bones, blood cellular components and the brain, while Vitamin D is used for maintaining good health and strong bones.
Vitamin D is also used for promoting muscle movement, nerve function and to fight off invading bacteria and viruses.
The company said recommended dose for daily use is one soft gelatin capsule, which contains 10,000 UI of Vitamin A and 400 UI of Vitamin D.
