NutriForce SportsOmegafortSCC 1200mg Omega-3 4X Strength has 85% omega-3, and contains essential fatty acids in a single capsule: about 1200mg of omega-3 and more than 1000 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
