This expertise increases Pall’s regional capabilities in the design, construction and servicing of sophisticated fluid management systems for customers in the life sciences and industrial markets throughout Latin America.
Engefiltro has been Pall’s Brazilian distribution partner since long.
Pall Latin America president Felix Diaz said the combination of their organizations increases their opportunities to deliver even greater value to customers.
The companies are expecting to close the transaction by the end of this month.
The financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
