The expanded agreement solidifies Patheon as a preferred supplier to Merck. Patheon’s projects and services are expected to be delivered to Merck from eight of its global facilities.
Wes Wheeler, president and CEO of Patheon, said: “We have developed a great partnership with Merck and are very pleased that they have chosen to expand it with this contract manufacturing agreement.
