Pfizer has posted a Q2 revenues of $11.0 billion, which is a decrease of 9% compared with the year-ago quarter. For second-quarter 2009, US revenues were $4.5 billion, and international revenues were $6.5 billion.
For first-half 2009, revenues were $21.9 billion, a decrease of 9% compared with the same period in 2008. The company reports US revenues of $9.5 billion, a decrease of 7% compared with first-half 2008 and international revenues of $12.4 billion, a decrease of 10% compared with the same period last year.
For second-quarter 2009, Pfizer posted net income of $2.3 billion, a decline of 19% compared with $2.8 billion in the prior year quarter, and reported diluted EPS of $0.34, a decline of 17% compared with $0.41 in the prior year quarter.
