Proscape Reports Implementation Of CLM6 Software By Pharma Major

New CLM solution, likely to improve sales force effectiveness and marketing productivity for top tier customer

Proscape Technologies has reported that one of the largest pharmaceutical companies has deployed its new software platform as the key component of their global sales and marketing strategy.

An end-to-end closed loop marketing (CLM) solution, Proscape CLM6 software would enable customers to reach their competitive potential by driving multi-channel customer interactions to generate cost savings and improve overall company performance, claims the company.

Upon execution of the enterprise-wide deployment, Proscape said that its software will be running in every market worldwide representing approximately 50% of the customer’s global employees. The global field sales force will use Proscape software to detail doctors, while the brand marketing, medical and regulatory teams will use the ShowReviewer module to support distributed, multi-user, review, comment and approval processes for interactive, CLM content.

In addition, the company said that the local market users will create and manage content using the content design and packaging suite, which reduces the time, effort and cost associated with content creation, supports content localisation and streamlines the assembly, review and revision process to support the execution of all critical requirements of content creation.

The company claims that global deployment will result in higher sales from physician e-detailing, insight into doctor attitudes, behaviors and needs, and annual savings by creating and maintaining creative content using Proscape tools.
