Under the agreement, PS Biomarker Services is expected to use a combination of its proprietary TMT isobaric mass tag technology, sample preparation and bioinformatics with Orbitrap Velos mass spectrometry for the analysis of samples provided in the J&J contract.
PS Biomarker services uses proprietary isobaric and isotopic Tandem Mass Tags (TMT) to discover protein biomarkers, and reference materials combined with isotope dilution mass spectrometry.
Proteome Sciences CEO Christopher Pearce said that they are delighted to add Janssen, to the list of PS Biomarker Services clients.
