Quadro Engineering Enhances FlexSift Product Range

With the addition of these two models, the Quadro FlexSift line can now handle up to 50,000kgs/hr (110,000 lbs/hr) dependent upon the product being screened. Both new models incorporate the key features of the Quadro FlexSift.

Quadro said that the high-capacity, compact designs are easily vertically integrated into processes and overcome many of the typical problematic product flow bottlenecks associated with traditional sifting technologies.

The FlexSift security screens, delumps, and discharges, all without the need for a product feeder, thereby allowing for higher capacities and better product flow than large conventional sifters. The FlexSift is safe and simple to disassemble, and has a minimal number of parts, enabling easier clean-up, quicker screen maintenance and minimal down-time.

The FlexSift’s compact, light and vibration-free design enables it to be readily coupled with most bulk bag unloaders and mixer dischargers making space and support frame requirements minor when compared to conventional sifters.

Quadro claimed that FlexSift operates with low noise, less power and minimal maintenance, and virtually eliminates any unwanted size reduction and agglomeration that is typical with traditional sifters. The Quadro FlexSift features flush ground welds as a minimum standard for easier and better cleanability, and can be customised to suit many applications.
