RBC Life Sciences stem cell supplement wins approval in Taiwan

RBC Life Sciences, a provider of nutritional supplements and personal care products under RBC Life brand, has won approval for its stem cell supplement, Stem-Kine, in Taiwan.

Stem-Kine will be marketed under the name SK Plus in Taiwan.

RBC Life Sciences CEO Clinton Howard said Stem-Kine was developed as optimum nourishment to bone marrow, enabling it to produce more stem cells.

"In two published studies, Stem-Kine was shown to result in an increase of 50% to 100% in the subject’s level of circulating stem cells over a prolonged period of time," Howard added.

Stem cells are early stage cells, formed primarily in bone marrow that can develop into any type of cell. Stem cells circulate with the blood, congregating in diseased or damaged tissues, where they replace the injured cells with healthy new cells.
