Sagent Pharma introduces Ampicillin, Sulbactam for injection USP

The Ampicillin and Sulbactam product will be sold in 1.5g and 3g single-dose and 15g pharmacy bulk package vials.

However, Ampicillin product will be sold in five presentations: 250 mg, 500 mg, 1g, and 2g single-dose vials and 10g pharmacy bulk package vials.

Sagent Pharma founder, chairman of the board and CEO said that the launch of these products increases Sagent’s anti-infectives portfolio to eleven injectable products in a variety of sizes, concentrations and packaging configurations.
