SOHM Obtains Generic Pharmaceutical Orders From Indian Distributors

In response to the launch of its branded generic pharmaceutical products in India, SOHM has received orders from its distributors in Northern India for antibiotics, anti-cold, anti-asthmatic, and antacid products. Purchase orders are being executed in a phase manner, commencing from October 2009 through March 2010.

Shailesh Shah, vice president for Corporate Strategy at SOHM, said: “We are very pleased with the successful product launch and considerable increase in the sales of our pharmaceutical products. As we expand our distribution network and our client base in the winter months in India, we expect these products to be big sellers and revenue generators for the Company through the next 3 quarters.”
