news.Star Scientific has announced that its Anatabloc dietary supplement has been approved as an Informed-Sport Registered Product by HFL Sport Science which is a part of LGC Group.

The approval allows Star Scientific to use HFL’s "Informed-Sport" and "Informed-Choice" trademarks on Registered Products, assuring products have been tested for substances prohibited in sport.
HFL will test every batch of Anatabloc to fulfill its Informed-Sport ongoing testing requirements and for the presence of over 147 prohibited substances listed by athletic associations.
HFL Sport Science manager Paul Klinger said that the Anatabloc has completed the testing level for prohibited substances in sport and has undergone a manufacturing review to ensure the low risk of cross contamination during the production process.
Star Scientific Sales and Marketing vice president David Dean said that the company is able to display the Informed-Choice logo on their product labeling for Anatabloc dietary supplement.
