Superior Global Solutions Takes Over HTI Technologies

Superior Global Software, has completed the acquisition of assets and business of HTI Technologies, Georgia. Under the terms of the agreement, Superior Global purchased substantially all of the assets of HTI for an undisclosed sum.

The company said that HTI business and employees are now part of Superior Global. With this acquisition, Superior Global will leverage HTI’s reputation in a segment of the marketplace not it currently serves and will leverage its own infrastructure to better serve HTI’s existing clients and the new clients of the combined companies.

Steve Dunkle, vice president of superior global, said: “This acquisition is paramount to the service offerings we believe we need to provide to our existing and future clients. It also benefits other healthcare stake holders who are looking for a company to assist them in their revenue cycle management.

This will allow us to create a more powerful set of offerings, to lower costs and provide additional services, and technologies that will improve the operations of all healthcare entities.
