news.Swisher Hygiene has completed the acquisition of Sanolite, an independent hygiene and chemical provider, including certain assets of Cavalier Chemical.

With this acquisition, Swisher Hygiene will use Sanolite’s headquarters to operate its chemical business in the Northeast region.
The new regional operating structure allows for more efficient distribution of products for each region, thereby lowering product costs and providing for better customer service.
Swisher Hygiene CEO Steven Berrard said this transaction will greatly increase their product and full-service offerings to their northeastern and mid-Atlantic customers.
"We are pleased to add Brad and Mark to the Swisher Hygiene team, both of whom have the necessary experience to enhance Swisher Hygiene’s profile in the Northeast and thus provide significant value to the Swisher Hygiene organization," Berrard said.
