The system is used in the development of an automated liquid-handling cell culture platform for isolating, expanding and characterizing human primary cells.
Roche’s Cellavista Imaging noninvasively measures cell expansion and fluorescence of cell quality.
The Cellavista Imaging System uses brightfield and fluorescence detection with multiwell plates, chamber slides or RoboFlasks, the company said.
