The product which has been developed by Telstar for R-Pharm consists a pass-through lyophilizer with a fully automated loading and unloading system.
The loading side operates in a Restricted Access Barrier (RAB) environment while the unloading side is enclosed within an aseptic isolator which can contain toxic products.
However, for Zambon, the equipment delivered consists of two lyophilizers each with ‘push-in/push-out’ automatic vial loading and unloading systems integrated within a RAB system.
