Tris Pharma expands US operations

Tris Pharma corporate development vice president Peter Ciano was quoted by NJBIZ as saying that the recently received FDA approval for a product is expected to add another 75 to 100 jobs to existing 200 jobs, which made the firm to expand.

"Though our growth all depends on what drug approvals we get — since you could be approved for the cure for cancer worth billions of dollars, or the ninth generic of penicillin worth $400 — I think if we continue the way we’re going, three years from now, we’ll have at least 400 employees," Ciano added.

The Cranbury facility will also be restructured in the coming days to provide research and development wings that will have 150 employees for the two wings.

The warehouse currently includes 12,432 ft² office space, 21-ft high ceilings and seven dock doors.
