Trianex 0.05% is formulated with a proprietary hydrous emulsified base that assists maintain moisture to soften and smooth the skin.
Trianex is available in 17g and 85g tubes to allow for prescribing flexibility.
Upsher-Smith Product Marketing director Glenn MacEachern said the base for topical corticosteroids is one of many factors that may affect patient compliance, and they are pleased to offer Trianex as a unique option for sufferers of inflammation and itching due to corticosteroid-responsive skin conditions.
