Attachment for Micro-CT Scanning in a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)

The SkyScan SEMkit is a device that allows the generation of 3D images using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). This unique system is easy to install as an attachment for a new SEM or retrofit to the old instruments. Using the SkyScan SEM-microCT kit, the scientist can see not only the surface of the objects like in the standard SEM, but can also visualize all internal three-dimensional microarchitecture non-destructively.
