Automatic Glove Tester (AGT)

This system is used to test glove integrity in conformity with the pressure decay method ISO 14644-7 Annex E.5 (test in positive pressure).

It can also perform the leak test of an isolator chamber/glove box. Differential pressure transmitter and a temperature sensor are available for performing the test.

The system can be equipped with one to three glove test modules. Each module can test four gloves. Therefore the maximum number of gloves that can simultaneously be tested is twelve.

How it works

• The main unit only needs a power supply – compressed air (medical grade) used to blow the gloves is generated internally by an oil-free compressor
• The operator needs to install each flange cover on the flange-glove to be tested. Using the available push-button the gasket must be inflated, in order to seal the glove to be tested
• When all flange covers are installed the test can start. Each test door works individually
