Coating Process Development

We work with our customers through staged phases, typically including the following:

• Feasibility study – to develop a prototype coating process and produce samples for evaluation
• Development programme – to optimise and scale the coating process
• Technology transfer – embed and validate the coating process in the customer’s production facility
• Commercialisation- regulatory and marketing support

In addition to medical applications, PC materials are finding use as treatments for stationary phases in chromatography (improved separation of complex biomolecules), as components of personal care products (improved hydration and conditioning), treatments for textiles (reduced static, reduced symptoms for sufferers of dry skin complaints) and non-toxic antifouling treatments.
