Design & Copyright

Our role is to protect designs and ensure that on-going enforcement will be straightforward and effective.

We advise on the complex and often inter-related areas of registered designs, unregistered design rights, copyright and defence against infringement of third party rights.

The team has an enviable depth of expertise and is extremely well supported. We have a full-time, experienced patent draughtsman to prepare all necessary drawings.

We handle many applications to register designs each year, in the UK, in Europe (through OHIM) and abroad. Our range of subject-matter is diverse and ranges from blood sugar test devices to quad-bikes, pillar boxes to pet-care products, window stays to wrist-watches.
