Feeding Systems

DASGIP Feeding Systems include multi pump stations featuring highly accurate speed controlled pumps allowing continuous flow rates from 0.3 mL/h to 5 L/h.

As a core component of DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems, they provide outstanding qualities:

• Digitally controlled variable speed drives
• Achievable accuracy close to metering pumps
• Highest reproducibility
• Parallel calibration procedures
• Integrated volume totaliser for each pump head
• Automatic duty cycling at minimal flow rates
• A wide choice of pump head tubings and feed line materials
• Maximum flow rates ranging from 10 mL/h to 5.0L/h

Alternatively, one or more modules can be operated as a stand-alone unit and/or integrated into third-party systems. The DASGIP EasyAccess software package available for every module allows easy operation, online monitoring and data logging.
