Our range of grading sieves has been designed to remove fines and/or oversize contamination and to accurately grade product fractions on a high capacity for large product ranges, thus improving product quality and increasing profitability.
Efficient separation is achieved at a very high capacity and low noise level due to the patented design of the vibrator housing. With up to four screen surfaces mounted on one separator, five predetermined particle size fractions can be obtained. This machine is available in stainless steel and 700-1500mm (30" – 60") diameter units to meet any throughput you require.
This unique machine has remained one of our most popular choices in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years. With its ability to check-screen and grade powders and liquids, as well as ease of manoeuvrability, it is commonly used where batch screening of materials is required. The machine is easy to strip down and clean, with all contact parts removable for easy cleaning without the need for tools.
