Using our range of Gyrolab Bioaffy™ CD's, you can easily develop robust nanoliter-scale immunoassays with a broad dynamic range. The CD's minimize reagent and sample consumption and deliver results in less than 1 hour.

The CD’s offer full flexibility in assay design to quantify any protein, providing you have a suitable binding pair (biotinylated capture and Alexa Fluor™ detection reagents).

You can select the appropriate CD for a specific immunoassay based on the required dynamic range, the analyte concentration, the quality of reagents, and the assay format. The Bioaffy 200 CD is usually the starting point for the majority of applications.

Running immunoassays on a nanoliter scale saves sample and reduces reagent consumption by up to 100-fold. The individual microstructures ensure precise volume definition, and eliminate the risk of cross-talk. Samples are processed under uniform conditions to maximize reproducibility and reliability.
