IQ/OQ support and PQ guidance

Our products are quality controlled and validated before delivery. The IQ/OQ support and PQ guidance package extends this validation process. Support includes certification and records to fulfill GxP, FDA and EMEA requirements.

The IQ/OQ is performed on-site by a Gyros-certified service engineer in 3-4 days, using equipment calibrated to NIST-traceable standards.

Performance Qualification (PQ) guidance includes recommendations to help you to validate instrument performance after IQ/OQ.
