TSKgel® stationary phases are available as porous or non-porous, silica or polymeric particles (2-10 µm) in HPLC columns for micro-bore, analytical or preparative use.

The development of the first TSKgel GPC column in 1971 had set the course for a long and proud history of size exclusion chromatography (SEC) at Tosoh. Today, the range of SEC related products comprises of SEC/GPC systems and stationary phases for both modes of size exclusion chromatography, aqueous gel filtration (GFC) and organic gel permeation chromatography (GPC).

Over the last 30 years, TSKgel SW columns have become the worldwide industry standard for size exclusion chromatography of biomolecules. A common application is the determination of the aggregate content of recombinant proteins in QC analyses. TSKgel HILIC columns are frequently used in glycosylation analysis and TSKgel STAT ion exchange columns are ideally suited for fast variant analysis.
