Immuno-Assay Development

Bioceros has vast experience in assays for immune system related diseases (inflammation, allergy, auto-immunity and cancer). Besides routine assays for monoclonal antibodies, like Flow Cytometry and ELISA, we specialise in functional cell-based assays for selecting and testing these molecules.

We offer assaying and assay development in both cell-lines and primary isolated cells to customers.

Immunological assays

Selection assays have been developed using human T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages, (pre)-adipocytes with various read-outs and included ADCC/CDC, MLR and cytokine release assays. Custom designed developmental assays like potency assays, release assays, identity ELISA and immunogenicity assays have been development for several clients and assays have been transferred to GMP/GLP facilities.

Pre-clinical studies

We support companies on GLP-compliant toxicology studies and proof of concept studies of anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer drugs in animal models (rodents and non-human primate) e.g. EAE, IBD, asthma, cancer and sepsis. This can be performed on a consultancy basis or by managing the entire project.
