The Malvern NanoSight range of instruments utilises Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) to characterise nanoparticles.
The Malvern Panalytical NanoSight range of instruments utilizes Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) to characterize nanoparticles from 0.01 – 1 µm* in solution. Each particle is individually but simultaneously analyzed by direct observation and measurement of diffusion events. This particle-by-particle methodology produces high resolution results for nanoparticle size distribution and concentration, while visual validation provides users with additional confidence in their data. Both particle size and concentration are measured, while a fluorescence mode provides differentiation of intrinsic or fluorescently labelled nanoparticles.
NanoSight NS300
The Malvern Panalytical NanoSight NS300 Instrument provides an easy-to-use, reproducible platform for nanoparticle characterization.
The NS300 allows rapid analysis of the size distribution and concentration of all types of nanoparticles from 0.01 – 1 µm* in diameter, depending on the instrument configuration and sample type.
With the ability to be supplied with interchangeable laser modules and the introduction of a motorized filter wheel means different fluorescent labels can be analyzed. Sample temperature is fully programmable through the Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) software.
NanoSight LM10
The Malvern Panalytical NanoSight LM10 instrument provides an easy-to-use, reproducible platform for nanoparticle characterization.
The LM10 allows rapid and accurate analysis of the size distribution and concentration of all types of nanoparticles from 0.01 – 1 µm* in diameter, depending on the instrument configuration and sample type.
