PROMILL

FPS Food and Pharma Systems' PROMILL series is the solution for production needs.

The PROMILL series has been engineered to encounter requests from production facilities, where product developments have been started and micronisation processes are requested.

The PROMILL is the result of an unparalleled optimisation study that involved the milling chamber, the nozzles and the classifier, in order to allow for process scalability among the whole FPS Jetmill range.

This optimisation creates the lowest process gas consumption, and higher quality in terms of process performances, as well as the easiest cleaning and assembling / disassembling procedures.

All connections of components have been done in order to be in compliance with cGMPs to assure quick and easy assembling and disassembling operations. The number of components has been reduced to the minimum in order to make cleaning and validation activities easier and faster. The PROMILL series jetmill may be easily integrated into FPS isolator systems to allow the process of very active or sterile products.

It is available with different options:

The PROMILL series is available in different sizes:

• The PROMILL- 8 jetmill is designed for production needs. Typical batch sizes are between 2kg and 1,000kg. It is available in two configurations, cosmetic/chemical and pharmaceutical, to better fit different requirements
• The PROMILL- 12 jetmill is designed for production needs. Typical batch sizes are between 5kg and 2,500kg. It is available in two configurations, chemical and pharmaceutical, to better fit different requirements
• The PROMILL-16 jetmill is designed for production needs. Typical batch sizes are between 20kg and 5,000kg. It is available in two configurations, chemical and pharmaceutical, to better fit different requirements
