Proseek®

Proseek® is a user friendly, open format reagent kit system for the detection and quantification of proteins in solution. It offers the same level of simplicity and openness as ELISA – but with some major advantages for you and your work.

Proseek enables you to make better use of your precious samples, e.g. from limited biobanked material and small animal models. It also delivers excellent assay performance from a simple working procedure. The simple reagent-based technology ensures specificity, sensitivity and reliability. It also offers the benefits of detection using real-time PCR, allowing quantification of both relative and absolute protein levels.

Proseek can be used with various complex sample media. Its versatility means it can replace almost any ELISA assay where suitable antibodies are available. Cancer research, infectious diseases, immunology, neurology, virology, cell biology, biomarker analysis, clinical chemistry… – whatever your area of research, Proseek can improve your work, your results and your routines.

The Proseek kit consists of three components that can be ordered separately:

• Proseek Probemaker A, enables conjugation of antibody to Oligo A, creating Proseek probe A.
• Proseek Probemaker B, enables conjugation of antibody to Oligo B, creating Proseek probe B.
• Proseek Assay Reagents, contains all necessary solutions to perform the assay including calibration curve preparation, incubation, extension and real-time PCR detection. Available in kit sizes of 100 and 1000 reactions

The Proseek Starter Kit contains Probemaker A, Probemaker B and Assay Reagents 100 rxn.
