Q-MILL

FPS Food and Pharma Systems' Q-MILL series is the alternative to mechanical mills.

The Q-MILL jetmill series is designed as the alternative to mechanical milling for cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical powders when the final particle size is required between 20m and 100m.

Typical Q-MILL advantages over mechanical mills are:

 No temperature increase during the process
 No metal contamination
 No maintenance required
 No moving element
 Easy cleaning operations

Q-MILLS are available with dosing feeders, separation cyclones and control panels. Q-MILLs are available in different sizes, from laboratory needs (Q-MILL-2) up to pilot plants and production requirements. Many options and isolator or cryogenic configurations are also available.
