Readability User Testing

Diapharm conducts readability user testing of patient information leaflets in the UK, Germany and/or Romania. Additionally, we offer bridging studies for readability user testings without active interviewing.

Readability user test

The methods for our readability user tests have been validated and standardised to guarantee reliable and, most importantly, fast results. The following key data shows what sets our readability user testing apart from the rest:

• One-on-one interviews with 20 volunteers from the medicinal products target group
• Readability user test with native speakers in either the United Kingdom, Germany or Romania
• Evaluations performed immediately after each interview allowing for confusing passages to be corrected quickly, reducing costs for the test
• Our biometricians analyse the data based on the evaluation criteria of the European authorities
• Alternatively: where applicable we also offer bridging studies, focus tests
• We prepare all documentation for the CTD module 1.3.4 ready for submission

Our standard turnaround time for finalizing the report – which conforms to approvals requirements and is written in English – is only four weeks from you sending us the final mock-up. Depending on your needs we can conduct validated readability user testings with native speakers from the target patient group either in the UK, in Germany or Romania.
