Evotec also has powerful and proprietary high throughput screening technologies (FCS+plus confocal fluorescence technology), which can provide screening for biochemical or functional responses using its own 250,000 screening library or client’s library of compounds. Evotec can develop high, medium and low throughput cellular and biochemical assays (we currently have an assay list available for clients containing over 320 assays) and provide pharmacologically sensitive, yet robust assay formats for all major target classes including GPCRs, ion channels, kinases, proteases and protein-protein interactions.
