The L1 Robot Line Aseptic Products

The LaboratoryCrystal ® L1 Robot Line has been designed to fill automatically stability batches, clinical batches and niche products production. Typically, a batch would represent a few hundreds of vials up to 5,000 vials a day.

The Laboratory Crystal ® L1 Robot Line can be easily operated by a single person and is suitable for different operating environments: from a "table-top" equipment to be placed under an existing laminar hood, up to an isolator for highly potent products processing.

The Laboratory Crystal ® L1 Robot Line is fully automated and only requires electricity to operate.

The main characteristics of the Laboratory Crystal ® L1 Robot Line are:

• Very limited space required as the core equipment footprint is approximately 1 sq. m.
• Fully automated process allowing the filling of each vial format (even glass vials can be filled and stoppered)
• Ready-to-Fill Closed Vials are processed in racks, manually positioned and automatically filled, laser re-sealed and capped by the robot arm.
• Flexible vial entry procedure and barrier system according to project specifications;
• Equipment is suitable for installation in the most complex environment such as isolators and meets all requirements from authorities to be approved as GMP production line, including for potent and bio-hazard products.
